Job Description We are hiring a Principal Landscape Architect in our Brisbane team, who has demonstrated experience and proven ability in leading and contributing towards this range of exciting projects. The successful candidate will be working on a mix of public realm, infrastructure and new communities work with a project design and delivery focus. The role is Brisbane based but we also have a Sunshine Coast office to service South-east Queensland and broader Queensland projects. How you’ll make a difference: Lead multidisciplinary landscape architecture for public realm, ‘blue and green’ infrastructure, urban design strategies, greenfield communities and major infrastructure, from concept through construction. Drive design excellence, quality assurance and technical governance to meet scope, schedule, budget and client expectations across a diverse portfolio. Plan and manage programs, resources and risk; coordinate seamlessly with planners, architects, scientists and engineers across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and broader Queensland. Build and sustain client relationships; prepare high-quality fee proposals and submissions, contributing to pipeline growth and successful project wins. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture that shares knowledge and delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office; exposure to Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and 3D AutoCAD advantageous.
