The Technical Support Officer (Level 2) supports Helping Hand staff across multiple sites, ensuring systems, infrastructure and security are stable, reliable and fit for purpose. This role provides Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk support, maintains on-premise and cloud environments, and plays a key role in strengthening cybersecurity and infrastructure performance. You’ll work closely with the ICT Infrastructure Manager and broader IS team to deliver exceptional technical support across the organisation. You'll also make an impact by: Providing Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk support, both remote and onsite. Supporting and maintaining servers, networks, desktops and cloud platforms including Microsoft 365 and Azure. Administering Active Directory, identity and access management, and enterprise systems. Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures aligned to best practice frameworks. Participating in disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Conducting root-cause analysis to resolve complex technical incidents. Supporting telephony, CCTV, access control and other critical infrastructure systems.
