As the Manager, University Timetable and Resource Scheduling, you will drive transformational change by embracing innovative solutions and improving internal processes relating to timetabling and resource scheduling across the University. In addition to the above, the Manager, University Timetable and Resource Scheduling will: Coordinate the development, publication and maintenance of the University’s teaching timetable, ensuring streamlined end-to-end service delivery to students relating to course requirements, class timetabling and class registration. Drive innovation and contribute to ongoing improvements of business processes and operational goals. Provide support for the ongoing monitoring of student and staff outcomes, the effectiveness of room utilisation, and suitability of space for purpose, creating and/or generating system reports. Actively promote collaboration and information exchange and contribute to a quality client service culture where all team members provide a consistently high standard of service to students and staff. About You As the successful Manager, University Timetable and Resource Scheduling, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights from data in a clear and concise manner.
