WHAT YOU'LL DO DELIVERY (60%) * Organize and load customer orders into company delivery vehicles using pallet jacks, dollies, and manual lifting techniques. * Safely operate Freybe delivery vehicles and perform daily vehicle inspections. * Deliver products accurately and on schedule while maintaining food safety and quality standards. * Unload products at customer locations and ensure deliveries are received properly. * Communicate any food safety or quality concerns to management promptly. MERCHANDISING & CUSTOMER SERVICE (20%) * Unpack and merchandise products according to company standards. * Restock shelves and display cases while ensuring proper stock rotation. * Monitor product freshness and best-before dates. * Maintain attractive product displays and ensure quality standards are met. * Build positive relationships with customers and provide outstanding service. COMMUNICATION & TEAMWORK (10%) * Work closely with Territory Sales Managers to support customer needs. * Maintain effective communication and share relevant market information. * Assist with team projects and recommend process improvements. FOOD SAFETY & QUALITY (5%) * Follow all HACCP and SQF requirements and procedures. * Participate in food safety training and support compliance initiatives. HEALTH & SAFETY (5%) * Follow all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC regulations. * Report safety concerns, incidents, and injuries promptly. * Participate in ongoing health and safety training.
