The Event Duty Manager; Playland will be responsible for executing operational deliverables for Playland amusement park. What will you do this Summer?In your role as the Event Duty Manager; Playland, your primary accountabilities will be to: Support departments and guests in the daily operations of Playland amusement park Ensure all operational plans are followed on event days. Act as the Playland representative on operational days by supporting department and guest experience. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures with respect to health and safety, alcohol management, customer service, and labour management Deliver Playland opening, closing duties, operational planning and internal communication Provide detailed information on event related issues (event reporting) and conduct post-event debrief sessions and analysis if needed/ Play a key role in ensuring a highly motivated and knowledgeable team of staff demonstrate a positive and can-do attitude, and lead by example/ Work together with other members of the team in the event of an emergency.
