Frequent trips to remote job sites will require working in a variety of potentially harsh weather conditions.   Leadhand The Leadhand position plays a key role in supporting the Operator during Hydraulic Completion Unit (HCU) operations. This position requires extensive Hydraulic Completion Unit (HCU) experience and a solid understanding of unit maintenance and operational procedures. Communicate clearly with other team members and supervisors when performing tasks. * Other duties as assigned by management. Skills & Abilities Education:  High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience) Experience: Several years of standalone snubbing (HCU) experience required and: * Can proficiently run tongs and winches. * Able to lead a crew and designated roughnecks on tasks to be performed throughout the shift * Strong knowledge of rigging, winches, tongs, Hydraulic Completion Unit (HCU) operations. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Comfortable working in all weather conditions and high-pressure environments.
