MAINTENANCE MANAGER Fort Saskatchewan Shop | Full-Time Canada Pump and Power is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Fort Saskatchewan shop. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically knowledgeable, highly organized, safety-focused, and confident leading a team. We need someone who can keep the shop moving, set clear priorities, support our mechanics, and make sure equipment is ready when our projects need it. The Maintenance Manager will play a key role in ensuring our pumping systems, equipment, tools, and shop operations are managed safely, efficiently, and with accountability. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily shop operations and ensuring maintenance work is properly prioritized and completed. This includes coordinating with mechanics, area managers, and the management team to support equipment readiness and project logistics.
