We are seeking a highly motivated Bachelor’s Degree student to join our Finance team as a Finance Intern to support our finance operations team in a range of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations and financial processes within a dynamic finance team in technology. The internship will take place in our Singapore office and we expect a full-time internship period of at least 5 months. We offer flexible working hours and allow for remote work; however, the candidate will need to reside in Singapore for the duration of the internship. What you’ll be doing: Perform bookkeeping entries for bank transactions Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records Run prepaid amortization schedules and perform reconciliations Create fixed asset records and run depreciation calculations Process Coupa accruals, end-of-month accrual entries, and reclass entries Prepare and process ad hoc reclass entries as needed Complete month-end reconciliations and ensure timely closure Prepare ad hoc manual payments (including Autowealth, IRAS, tax clearance, and payroll) Reconcile payroll records and record payroll entries Prepare internal transfer manual payments What we are looking for: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Finance, Accounting or a similar technical field of study.
