Managing a team of 3 direct reports (& 2 indirect reports) with at least ten years of product management experience under your belt, you bring deep expertise across digital product development, product operations and AI-first product thinking. Continue to build and develop a high-performing Product organisation through coaching, mentoring, and active talent development. Provide clear line management and create an environment where the team can do their best work, proving a safe space for development & feedback. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner closely with Commercial, Revenue, Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure product strategy is tightly aligned with business objectives and member needs.
