Job Description Working within the Turnover Sales team, you'll be responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all turnover-related reporting, certification, and communication across the property portfolio. Supporting the wider Property team, you'll report into an Accounting Supervisor and play a key role in coordinating turnover data submissions, maintaining audit platforms, processing invoices, and ensuring the timely delivery of turnover certificates and schedules. Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and annual turnover sales reports to landlords for relevant stores. Keeping records up to date with newly signed leases and amendments. Supporting ad hoc project analysis and reporting as required. Communicating with internal departments to ensure effective vertical integration and horizontal data collection.
