Your mission Managing a team of 10 professionals based in the UK, Ireland and the US, the Head of Whiskey Portfolio Finance is responsible for the global performance monitoring of all Whisk(e)y brands (Scotch, Irish and American) managed by the Brand Unit (“BU”) on its international markets, in line with the BU strategic goals and individual Brand guidelines. Key Accountabilities Brand Performance Analysis: Review and analyse the global performance of the BU Whisk(e)y portfolio on international markets. Work closely with Group FP&A team to prepare and distribute management reporting packs to BU management. Actively contribute to the preparation of BU Business Performance steering committee and presentations to Group. Revenue Growth Management: Track and analyse brands' price positioning in markets vs guidelines and KPIs (price index, profitability, ROCE). Manage the allocation process for all Whisk(e)y brands. Long-Term Demand Sales Forecast: Maintain and update the Long-Term Sales Forecasts supporting the supply modelling for all Whisk(e)y brands, working closely with the Operations team. Convert the Long-Term Sales Forecasts into an overall Brand financial ambition as required. Business Partnering with Brand & Business Acceleration Teams: Manage and ensure controls are in place for Central Marketing budgets across all Whisk(e)y brands.
