Sourcing the most appropriate products and placement solutions to meet customer requirements. Delivering excellent customer outcomes by providing expert advice and guidance. Assisting in the renewal process, gathering information and documentation for existing customers regarding renewals and mid-term adjustments. Following up on new and existing renewal business quotations and identifying alternative quotes for customers. Identifying opportunities to upsell and grow the portfolio while maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance. About You Commercial insurance experience is essential.
