Conducting regular care reviews with clients and families, ensuring care plans remain accurate and person-centred. Carrying out care quality audits, gathering client feedback, reporting findings, and following up on action plans. 🤝 Team Supervision & Leadership: Providing practical supervision, instruction, and emotional support to frontline Care Assistants. Conducting regular spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments in service users' homes. Acting as a primary point of contact for care staff. 🎓 Training & Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding, induction, and ongoing development of new staff.
