Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing backgrounds and minor carpentry are a must. Job can be either Full time or Part time. Job Responsibilities Respond to clients’ job orders maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Repair and service plumbing. HVAC inspection and cleaning. Electrical and safety systems repairs and inspections. Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicle/company tools/company equipment. Help oversee company premises for cleanliness and any needed repairs. Providing our customers with top notch care and customer service.
