Perform responsibilities in accordance with all PlayLV's Company standards, policies, and procedures. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Process and Reconcile Transactions – Verify and reconcile financial records, invoices, and vendor accounts to maintain accurate balances. Manage Payments and Expenses – Process vendor payments, analyze expenses, and ensure proper documentation for transactions. Maintain Financial Records – Update ledgers, input data into spreadsheets, and ensure accuracy in reports and inventory records. Ensure Compliance and Confidentiality – Calculate and report sales tax, review financial documents for accuracy, and protect sensitive information. Provide Administrative and Customer Support – Handle paperwork, assist with record-keeping, and support both internal and external customers efficiently. Inventory and Receiving – Receive purchases, update requisitions, review documents and invoices for accuracy, and schedule/complete inventories for the warehouse.
