These duties include overseeing and assisting the finance team with timesheets, payroll, accounts payable & receivable, billing processing, forecasting, and reporting. Additionally, this role involves supporting the role of contracts manager and processing contract awards and modifications, proposal submissions, reporting, and maintaining contract records. The Manager will provide pricing support for bid and proposal activities. The candidate will develop automation, reporting, integrations, and workflows that improve operational efficiencies within our accounting, contracts, and other corporate systems. Job Responsibilities: Provide financial planning and analysis support, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure alignment with contract and organizational goals. Conduct compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to government contracting regulations such as FAR/DFARS and internal corporate policies. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation, execution, and modifications. Support the finance team with timesheets, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, billing processes, and financial reporting. Develop automation, reporting tools, integrations, and workflows that enhance operational efficiency across accounting, contracts, and corporate systems. Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks throughout the contract lifecycle to protect the organization’s interests. Contribute to long-term financial strategy through scenario modeling, investment planning, and strategic forecasting. Work closely with legal, HR, operations, and business development teams to ensure cohesive execution of financial and contractual strategies.
