Du bist Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung sowie Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und internationale Stakeholder und übersetzt Zahlen in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen. Profil Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Accounting und hast bereits Verantwortung für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB übernommen sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden. Du kennst die Finanzbuchhaltung von Grund auf und fühlst dich sowohl im operativen Tagesgeschäft als auch bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sicher. Gleichzeitig hast du Lust, gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung ein modernes Controlling aufzubauen und Finance Schritt für Schritt zu einer steuernden Unternehmensfunktion weiterzuentwickeln.
