Review, input, and complete payment cycle for various vendor invoices, including quick pay vendors. Analyze, code, enter and prepare cheques for Race expenses. Process expense reports and invoices through SAP/Concur. Process, match and code property administration, repairs and maintenance invoices and utility billings. Process vendor payments by cheque, EFT and Bill payments online. Reconciliations such as vendor/supplier statements. Prepare month-end accounting accruals. Respond to inquiries from external and internal sources. Other related duties as required. Skills and Qualifications Completed or enrolled in an accounting certificate or diploma or have equivalent experience. Proficient at problem solving and attention to detail.
