JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of the company financial record keeping: recording financial transactions, uploading documents into our software program, reviewing different types of documents, and perform other job related duties as requested by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge and experience in AR/AP
• Experienced with QuickBooks AP functions
• Experienced with service industry
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• An ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and tack
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer knowledge- working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of the company financial record keeping
• Recording financial transactions, reviewing documents, scanning documents
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
