Rattaché(e) au Responsable comptable, vos missions sont : 1. Comptabilité générale: Imputer et enregistrer les flux comptables : frais généraux et immobilisations, notes de frais … Etablir les taxes fiscales et parafiscales : TVA, CET, CSS, TVTS, DEB, TASCOM … Elaborer les comptes d’exploitation et autres reporting comptables 2. Comptabilité client: Contrôler les flux financiers dans notre outil Ajuster et justifier les comptes d’encaissement 3. Opération de trésorerie courantes: Recevoir et analyser les relevés de comptes Effectuer les états de rapprochement bancaire Identifier les écarts et les justifier 4. Gérer les immobilisations (intégrations, dotations, cessions) 5. Gérer les refacturations intra-groupes (contrôler le flux, réconcilier les intercos) Il s'agit d'une activité comptable multi-sociétés. Qualifications Vous bénéficiez d'une formation BAC+2 en comptabilité/finance et vous disposez d'une expérience minimum de 4 ans sur un poste similaire. A l'aise avec les outils informatiques, vous maitrisez Excel ainsi que Sage. Votre esprit d'équipe et votre organisation vous permettent de vous adapter dans un environnement multi sociétés.
