This individual will own core accounting operations and the close process, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting while helping to establish the foundation for a best-in-class finance organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner closely with FP&A, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Program teams to translate complex business activity into clear financial insights, while driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of U.S. GAAP, a sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to operate both tactically and strategically as the business scales.
