Qualifications VOS MISSIONS : 1) Proximité terrain & accompagnement des transformations RH Être un relais RH de proximité pour les collaborateurs et les managers Assurer un rôle d’écoute et de conseil sur les sujets RH (organisation, évolution professionnelle…). Accompagner les collaborateurs dans leurs démarches individuelles (mobilité, évolution, situations spécifiques…). Faciliter l’appropriation des évolutions de l’entreprise (organisation, métiers, outils…). Participer à l’accompagnement des transformations RH en favorisant le dialogue et en utilisant une approche pédagogique​​​​​​​ 2) Accompagnement des managers sur le périmètre dédié & développement des compétences Contribuer à l’élaboration et au déploiement du plan de recrutement. Organiser et mener les entretiens de recrutement avec le manager Garantir la qualité du parcours d’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs. Accompagner les managers dans la mise en place du plan de développement des compétences. Conduire les différents entretiens RH (suivi d’intégration, situations individuelles…) Assurer une veille sur le climat social et remonter les informations pertinentes. 3) Respect des process & cadre réglementaire Veiller à l’application des process internes (temps de travail, congés…). Garantir le respect de la réglementation sociale (CCN, accords d’entreprise, législation…). Assurer une veille sociale et réglementaire (droit du travail, accords, jurisprudence). Répondre aux managers et aux collaborateurs sur les questions liées au cadre légal et réglementaire. 4) Santé & sécurité au travail Suivre la mise en œuvre des préconisations de la médecine du travail. Contribuer à la prévention des risques professionnels avec les managers. Participer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques RH liées au bien-être au travail. ET VOUS : Titulaire d’une formation Bac + 3 à Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit social ou équivalent, vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience sur une fonction RH généraliste ou de proximité. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellent relationnel, votre sens de l’écoute et votre capacité à créer du lien. Vous êtes à l’aise dans la conduite d’entretiens RH et dans l’accompagnement des managers au quotidien.
