Role Introduction We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to lead our finance team and play a key role in the financial success of our organization. Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs. Manage and optimize working capital to improve cash flow efficiency. Financial Systems & Controls: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with regulations. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their professional development.
