Responsibilities: Billing Coordinator – process around 100 monthly invoices Review invoices for accuracy and completeness and obtain Project Manager approvals. Submit invoices to clients and respond to any billing questions. Keep track of budget amounts and provide information to clients upon request. Light collections for your assigned accounts. Backup for AP, AR and reception, as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: 2+ year of experience in the accounting field. Dedication to quality and customer service.
