Die Rahmenbedingungen: Es handelt sich um eine befristete Unterstützung im Rahmen eines Projekts für ca. 3 bis 6 Monate (die genaue Laufzeit vereinbaren wir gemeinsam je nach Projektfortschritt). Deine Aufgaben Abschlüsse & Steuern Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen in DATEV für die Einzelgesellschaften Konsolidierung und Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse auf Gruppenebene Sicherstellung der vollständigen und korrekten Erfassung aller Geschäftsvorfälle Erstellung von zusammenfassenden Meldungen sowie konsolidierten Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen Group Reporting & Finance Operations Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsreportings sowie Management-Reports für Geschäftsführung und Gesellschafter auf Gesellschafts- und Gruppenebene Durchführung und Abstimmung von internen Leistungsverrechnungen und Serviceumlagen Reporting an die Muttergesellschaft Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, Aufbereitung und fristgerechte Lieferung von Reports, Tax Files und weiteren Unterlagen an den Mutterkonzern Vorbereitung von Zahlen, Auswertungen und Analysen für Wirtschaftsausschuss, Gremien und weitere Managementanforderungen Klärung fachlicher Rückfragen Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Rechnungswesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, einschließlich der selbstständigen Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen in Haupt- und Nebenbüchern sowie der Erstellung von Abschlüssen und finance-nahen Auswertungen – idealerweise im Umfeld mehrerer Gesellschaften. Sehr sicherer Umgang mit DATEV Rechnungswesen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich HGB und Steuerrecht Erfahrung im gruppenweiten Management-Reporting und in der adressatengerechten Aufbereitung von Zahlen für Geschäftsführung und andere Gremien. Fundierte Erfahrung mit gruppenweiten Auswertungen, Intercompany-Themen und kaufmännischen Sonderprojekten. Erste oder vertiefte Erfahrung im internationalen Rechnungswesen (z. B. Deutschland, USA, China); Kenntnisse im internationalen Steuerrecht und in der Zusammenarbeit mit ausländischen Steuerberatungen sind von Vorteil. Wünschenswert sind Grundkenntnisse der Abschlusslogik nach US GAAP bzw. die Bereitschaft, sich in die für Visteon relevanten US-GAAP-Anforderungen einzuarbeiten.
