Deine Aufgaben als (Junior) Accounting Manager (m/w/d): In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unser DACH-Accounting-Team bei der Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen, einheitlichen Buchhaltung für Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Shared Service Center (SSC)in Indien sowie mit internen Fachabteilungen und Kliniken zusammen. Konkret heißt das: Zentrale Schnittstelle zum Shared Service Center: Ansprechpartner*in für alle Fragen der Debitoren- und insbesondere Kreditorenbuchhaltung. Du stellst sicher, dass die übermittelten Daten vollständig, korrekt und fristgerecht verarbeitet werden. Qualitätssicherung & Kontrolle: Überwachung der im SSC vorgenommenen Buchungen, Klärung von Differenzen und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung. Prozess- und Systemintegration: Mitarbeit bei der Integration neuer Standorte (z. B. Anlage von Dauerrechnungen, Verwaltung von SEPA-Mandaten) und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Buchhaltungsprozesse. Projektarbeit: Unterstützung bei zentralen Finance-Projekten, wie z. B. der Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems oder der Digitalisierung unserer Accounting-Prozesse. Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie beim Reporting. Kommunikation & Support: Ansprechpartner*in für buchhalterische Fragestellungen aus den Kliniken und Fachabteilungen. Amtliche Meldungen: Eigenständige Erfassung und fristgerechte Einreichung statistischer Erhebungen gegenüber Behörden und Landesämtern. Reisekostenmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Reisekostenabrechnungen.
