Supports the daily operations and activities of the GME residency/fellowship program(s), possibly in conjunction with other levels of GME Program Coordinators/Administrators. Facilitates resident recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including visa requirements, licensure, and credentialing in collaboration with the Program Director. Provides guidance and mentorship to residents/fellows and junior program coordinators and other administrative staff on GME policies, program procedures, and administrative matters. Leads program compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to all ACGME requirements, institutional policies, and regulatory standards, and advises and consults on issues or inquiries from residents/fellows, faculty, staff and department chairs. Oversees the program evaluation, including residents, faculty, and program evaluations, ensuring timely completion and analysis of data. Leads in the preparation and submission of all required reports and documentation to the ACGME and other regulatory bodies. Leads the development and implementation of program quality improvement initiatives and participate in national and regional GME conferences. Collaborates with program leadership on all aspects of accreditation activities, including site visits, self-studies, and special reviews.
