Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management. Customer Service & Sales Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and honest recommendations. Assist customers with tire, maintenance, and automotive repair needs. Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services. Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Operations Help oversee workflow, scheduling, inventory, and shop productivity. Monitor labor, sales, and key performance indicators to support store profitability. Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures are consistently followed. Assist with payroll, inventory control, purchasing, and administrative responsibilities.
