Must Haves: o Be at least 18 years or older o Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent o A minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in retail or similar industry o Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers! Our Assistant Managers: o Assist the Store Manager in general aspects of planning, development, and administration of thrift store operations o Oversee and facilitate receiving and processing of donated items, maintaining appropriate standards of cleanliness and organization of listing and processing areas o Assists with compiling daily sales and makes bank deposits. As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
