About the Role: The Dental Assistant plays a critical role in supporting dental professionals to deliver high-quality patient care within a dental practice. This position involves preparing treatment rooms, assisting during dental procedures, and ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained to meet infection control standards. The Dental Assistant also manages patient records and appointments using dental software, contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic. Compassionate patient interaction is essential, as the role requires calming anxious patients and providing clear explanations about procedures and dental care. Ultimately, the Dental Assistant helps create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment that promotes excellent oral health outcomes for all patients.
