We Love Fundraising is hiring! We are currently seeking a motivated, confident individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant, working closely with one of our Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) clients.
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for representing our client’s mission to potential donors where they live, shop and work across Cork, engaging directly with potential supporters, and generating long-term donor relationships. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be providing key information to prospective donors, answering questions, and helping them understand how their support can make a difference.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Engaging with the Public: You will represent our NPO client across the Cork area, building connections and promoting their cause to the public.
• Building Donor Relationships: Your main role will be to engage with new donors, educating them on the non-profit’s work and encouraging them to sign up for regular donations.
• Customer Support: Provide information on the NPO’s mission, answer any questions, and assist potential donors with the application process.
• Achieving Targets: This role is target-driven. You will be expected to hit daily goals and help grow our client’s donor base.
