Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and pregnancy tests, and accurately record results in patient charts. Administrative Duties: Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently. Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure accurate documentation of patient information, including medical history, medications, and allergies. Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and messages promptly and professionally. Assist with insurance verification, billing, and coding processes as needed. Clinical Support: Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and surgeries as required.
