Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service. Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates to elevate authentic customer connection. Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.
