Job Description The RAMS Expert will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of metro systems throughout their lifecycle. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in RAMS processes, standards, and methodologies. The candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing system performance, minimizing risks, and ensuring compliance with international safety standards. Job Duties: Develop and implement RAMS plans and strategies for metro systems. Conduct reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety analyses to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities. Perform Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Ensure system reliability and availability targets are met through effective design and operational strategies. Develop maintenance strategies to enhance system performance and reduce downtime. Conduct Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis to optimize maintenance costs and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with international safety standards, such as EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate safety risks. Prepare and maintain RAMS documentation, including safety cases, reliability reports, and compliance records. Ensure all RAMS activities align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Qualifications Graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Systems or related field).
