Job Description AECOM is currently seeking an experienced Communications specialist, to join our Marketing & Communications team, in Abu Dhabi, The successful candidate will create, direct and implement integrated messaging and communications strategies to reach internal and external audiences, including our employees, clients, partners and media, investors and Board of Directors, across all digital and in-person channels. Responsibilities: Maintain internal communications strategies that promote company values, culture and strategic objectives. Write and adapt copy in the appropriate style for all audiences including internal, media and clients and for different media including print, digital and social media. Work with other members of the Strategy & Growth team, including the graphic design studio, to produce timely and consistent marketing communications materials. Successfully apply creative thinking and clear communication principles to all communications to improve tone, clarity, style, grammar and terminology; and align with AECOM’s brand voice. Oversee content creation, internal campaigns and brand messaging across all internal channels. Monitor effectiveness of communications initiatives and optimize strategies to increase impact.
