Lead BIM modeling and digital delivery initiatives, utilizing advanced tools like Revit, Revizto, and ACC for system optimization and multidisciplinary coordination. Manage projects according to agreed-upon budgets and schedules, ensuring design brief compliance, completeness, and accuracy. Drive innovation through computational engineering, advanced simulations, and adoption of programming languages for design automation and data analysis. Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level engineers, fostering their professional development. Identify and resolve technical discrepancies, proposing solutions using modified standard procedures or developing new methods as needed. Develop and implement electrical system specifications, standards, and design criteria for large-scale projects.
