Les principales responsabilités de ce poste comprennent, entre autres : Assurer la gestion de projets de surveillance de grande envergure dans les domaines du génie routier, du génie municipal ou dans d’autres secteurs connexes ; Assurer le suivi et le contrôle des projets sous les aspects techniques, budgétaires et des échéanciers ; Veiller à ce que les travaux soient exécutés conformément aux plus hauts standards de qualité de l’entreprise ; Maintenir des liens de communication efficaces entre tous les intervenants tout au long du projet ; Agir comme interlocuteur principal auprès du client et s’assurer de la satisfaction de ce dernier ; Soutenir l’équipe dans la surveillance des travaux sur le terrain ; Diriger et animer les réunions de chantier ; Jouer un rôle de leader auprès des équipes de projet en mettant en place des procédures, des outils et des pratiques de gestion efficaces.
