Arbetsuppgifter i rollen som Uppdragsledare Järnväg på AECOM: Fungera som AECOM:s representant gentemot kunden och säkerställa god kommunikation och relation. Identifiera och kommunicera övergripande kundkrav till AECOM:s projektteam samt övervaka att dessa krav genomförs och uppfylls. Samordna och vara värd för möten med kunden för att säkerställa en effektiv dialog och tydlig uppföljning. Samordna samarbete över olika discipliner, exempelvis genom projektmöten och gränssnittskontroller, för att säkerställa ett effektivt och integrerat arbetssätt Ansvara för uppföljning och rapportering av projektresultat både internt och externt. Hantera och kommunicera uppdragsändringar, säkerställa att alla förändringar dokumenteras och kommuniceras korrekt inom och utanför organisationen. Föra förhandlingar med kunden om ändringar i uppdragets omfattning, budget och tidsramar. Övervaka att kvalitetssäkringsprocesser följs och dokumenteras i enlighet med fastställda standarder. Aktivt arbeta med merförsäljning inom våra uppdrag och bidra till att utveckla nya affärsmöjligheter och verksamhetsområden. Stötta ledningsgruppen i Sverige vid anbudsarbete och affärsutveckling. Kravspecifikation Kravställda kvalifikationer: Minst 5 års erfarenhet av uppdrags- eller projekteringsledning inom spårbundentrafik och/eller järnvägssystem ( Kontaktledning, Lågspänning, Signal och Tele). Mycket goda kunskaper i både engelska och svenska, såväl muntligt som skriftligt. Erfarenhet av att ta fram förfrågningsunderlag för utförandeentreprenader enligt AB04. Erfarenhet av att ta fram bygghandling inon en AB04/ABT06 kontraktsform. God förståelse för och vana att arbeta med ABK09. Meriterande kvalifikationer: Relevanta högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen. Erfarenhet av produktion, byggplatsuppföljning eller liknande erfarenhet från entreprenadverksamhet. Erfarenhet av att ta fram funktionsbeskrivning för totalentreprenader enligt AB04. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i uppdrag med resurser baserade i andra länder. Projektledningscertifiering, exempelvis PMP eller IPMA.
