Professional Engineer’s registration is a plus. 8+ years of demonstrated experience in Water Quality/Resource management, including: -Working knowledge of Clean Water Act (CWA) and associated programs (NPDES, permitting & compliance, etc.) -Understanding of state environmental regulations (MI, OH) -Emergency response planning (SPCC, FRP, SWPPP, PIP, OPA90) -Sediment cleanup and benthic studies -Stormwater management design and permitting -Water-use assessments and permitting Demonstrated familiarity with advanced investigative and sampling . Experience completing hydraulics and/or hydrologic modeling Experience with CWA compliance matters related to industrial and utility facilities. Experience with project planning, budgeting, delegation, and financial management. Experience leading and growing a team of diverse professionals. Ability to organize technical material into comprehensive reports as well as perform QA/QC reviews on work product. Project planning, budgeting, task delegation and management to ensure project is completed according to work plans. Accuracy, dependability, and strong organizational skills.
