In Store Marketing
Visual Merchandising
Continue to evolve the way of training to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of all training programs to a large group of front-line staff/retailers.Coach and groom individual visual merchandising champions to support store upkeep and execution of retail marketing plans.
Store Design and Projects
Partnership with retail leadership team to address store visual presentation needs and opportunities. Share best practices in the region and provide feedback whenever necessary.Manage the door count master list to ensure information is updated per season aligned with retail selling plans and product strategies.
