Il/elle assure la conception, la coordination et la mise en œuvre d’événements, qu’ils soient développés par la Direction de la Communication et de l’Événementiel ou commandés par d’autres Directions et services de la municipalité. Il/elle veille au bon déroulement des projets en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les services internes et avec les prestataires externes. L’objectif est de garantir des événements de qualité, respectueux du budget, du calendrier et des règles de sécurité, tout en valorisant l’image de la collectivité. Vos missions Missions principales : Gérer l’ensemble des projets événementiels, de la conception à la réalisation, en planifiant les différentes étapes et en respectant le calendrier et le budget alloué. Identifier les interlocuteurs et acteurs du projet au sein des différents services de la collectivité et auprès des partenaires externes. Préparer le déroulé des événements (programme, état des lieux des équipements nécessaires, décoration, signalétique…) Établir le rétro-planning détaillé et suivre son respect tout au long du projet. Gérer les aspects administratifs et contractuels : rédaction et suivi des conventions, marchés publics, devis et commandes en collaboration avec la Direction. Identifier et négocier avec les prestataires pour assurer la qualité et la conformité des prestations. Coordonner les équipes internes et externes pour garantir la mise en œuvre fluide de l’événement. Assurer le bon déroulement des événements et apporter des solutions proactives en cas d’imprévus.
