Supplemental Information Assistant Director for Administrative Services will serve as our Director of Clinical Informatics for BHDDH’s new Electronic Health Record system. This role will be responsible for the implementation and subsequent Maintenance & Operations (M&O) of the EHR solution. Leading and managing a team of EHR clinical and non-clinical analysts responsible for system configuration, reporting, workflow optimization, and operational support. This role partners closely with clinical leadership, operational stakeholders, and information technology teams to help ensure the EHR supports clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities across both hospitals. While this role provides leadership for EHR governance and decision-making, it remains actively engaged in day-to-day informatics operations, workflow design, system optimization, and end-user adoption. The Director of Clinical Informatics will be responsible for leading and managing a team of EHR clinical and non-clinical analysts responsible for system configuration, reporting, workflow optimization, and operational support.
