Team & Delivery Management Lead and mentor a 40+ member engineering team, including managers, leads, developers, and QA engineers. Ensure high-quality delivery of complex projects, enhancements, and production support initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and engineering excellence. Core Banking & Integration Oversee design and development of solutions for core banking modules, ensuring compliance with banking standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements. Manage seamless integration between digital channels, Java applications, and mainframe-based core systems.
