Description du poste En qualité d’analyste en informatique spécialiste dans l’architecture micro-services backend, vous intégrez l’équipe responsable du développement des applications essentielles pour la gestion fluide de la facturation et du suivi des patients à travers leur parcours de soins au sein de notre institution. Elles permettent également la gestion de l’occupation prévisionnelle des unités de soins pour la planification des interventions. Dans ce cadre, vous concevez et mettez en œuvre des solutions basées sur l’architecture micro-services, exploitant les dernières technologies pour garantir un accès efficace et sécurisé aux dossiers de la patientèle, l’enregistrement des épisodes de soins, et finalement la facturation. Plus précisément, vous animez des choix techniques au niveau du backend sous Java. Vous assurez la sécurité et la pérennité des applications métiers et fournissez des conseils avisés aux membres de l’équipe de développement. Vous prenez en charge les pull-requests ayant déjà eu une première évaluation par une développeuse ou un développeur moins confirmé. Votre rôle ne se limite pas au développement, vous intervenez à l’ensemble des phases d'un projet informatique, de son initialisation à sa finalisation et produisez les livrables attendus à chacune de ces phases. Vous assurez également le support utilisateurs de niveau 2 et 3, en relation avec les autres services de la DTN-IA et dans une perspective d’orientation client. Vous vous appuyez sur votre capacité de synthèse et votre pragmatisme pour aller de l’avant et mener votre activité dans les délais impartis. Qualifications Vous êtes en possession d'un Master en informatique ou d'un diplôme jugé équivalent, ainsi que d’une expérience réussie de 10 ans en tant que développeur ou développeuse. Une expérience dans les systèmes d'information hospitaliers (dossier patient, trajectoire, flux etc.) est fortement valorisée. Vous détenez une expertise avérée en architecture micro-services orientée évènements avec une expertise avérée sur la solution Kafka. De plus, vous maîtrisez les technologies Java/J2EE avec le framework Spring, en particulier Spring Boot, Spring Data r2dbc, Spring cloud stream et Spring Security. Vous possédez une expérience confirmée avec OAuth2, Hibernate, SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) et MongoDB. Une compétence avérée en Angular sur la version 14 minimum, ainsi qu’une expérience significative en tests unitaires et d'intégration est un atout. Vous utilisez couramment les outils de collaboration, tels que GIT, JIRA et Confluence ainsi que les outils de construction Gradle, Maven et Docker.
