In addition, you will: Oversee all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring room allocations and check in/out processes adhere to agreed procedures and standards. Review and implement Procedures Communicate with Hotel Manager on all matters regarding guest services & hotel operations. Supervise shift handover procedures. Coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required regarding general administration and operations issues.
