• Salesforce Configuration: Perform various Salesforce tasks for Balanced Effect clients, including making changes to objects such as fields, page layouts, automations, flows, customisable roll-ups, record types, and conducting testing and sandbox deployment.
• Reports and Dashboards: Create and manage reports and dashboards related to donors, opportunities, campaigns, recurring giving and custom objects.
• User and License Management: Handle user and license management tasks, including setting up new users, deactivating accounts, managing roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
• Data Management: Ensure data quality by conducting checks and cleaning, standardising and consolidating data, performing data extraction, and executing mass updates to records. Also, identify and merge duplicate records.
• Other Duties: Translate user and stakeholder requirements into functionality, integrate third-party applications with Salesforce, develop training materials, document completed work, work with other non-profit databases, and conduct best practice research.
