Interview process will be required. Stylist or Senior Stylist for 1.5+ years OR meets ALL external qualifications. PI Match of at least 50% OR pre-approval from Leadership* People Analyzers completed have been rated at an averaged number of 4.3 or higher (Core Values + GWC) for the past year + cannot have a corrective action served within 6 months. Masters Sales Process experiences 1-9 including an average checkride score of 4.5 or higher within the past 6 months. Has proven experience in increasing AOV by maintaining an average accessory % of sales at 15% or higher and selling Preservation Kits on average to 10% of brides in the past 6 months. Has had 90% follow-up completion for the past 6 months . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in bridal or luxury retail. Familiarity with Apple/macOS systems. Success in commission-based sales environments.
