£50000 OTE - £32000pa basic salary (depending on experience) + Tronc (£12500 to £15500) + discretionary incentive

The candidate will be fully trained on all in-house processes associated with running a successful restaurant. The company insists on attention to detail and a personable approach to service.
The successful applicant will work alongside a highly regarded kitchen and management team to create and deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a restaurant environment and be able to bring new fresh ideas as we constantly evolve to better our offering and strive to obtain recognition and awards.
