We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the growth of our Auditing and IT Solutions divisions. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to the unique aspects of both the Auditing and IT solutions markets.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets for both the Auditing and IT Solutions divisions.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Potentially manage and mentor junior sales team members as the team grows.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Min 5 years of proven UAE experience in a sales or business development role, preferably with exposure to either Auditing services or IT solutions .
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the UAE business environment.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per mont
