Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process, from manpower requests and candidate sourcing to interviews, selection and offer coordination.
  • Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Manage pre-employment documents, joining formalities, employee induction and probation follow-up.
  • Coordinate the annual Training Needs Analysis, training calendar, budget and training records.
  • Support succession planning, employee development plans and readiness assessments for critical positions.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, KPI tracking and completion reports.
  • Manage employee medical insurance, including additions, deletions, amendments, renewals and employee enquiries.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements in line with company policies and approved budgets.
  • Prepare HR letters and provide employees with guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records, HR trackers, dashboards and SAP HCM/HRIS data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports.
  • Support HR projects, policy reviews, audits and governance requirements.

Requirements To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • achelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 6–8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
