We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Office Support Associate to assist with administrative tasks in a warehouse office environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to grow into additional responsibilities over time. This could be a temp to perm potential for the right candidate. Manager would like to pay $18/hr for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage receiving and shipping documents (e.g., pick tickets) Support general office administrative tasks Communicate with internal teams as needed Maintain accurate and organized paperwork Potential to grow into inside sales or other roles based on performance
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an office or administrative support role preferred Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Professional phone etiquette and cooperative attitude Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities Comfortable working in a warehouse office setting
Responsibilities:
Perform routine clerical support for functional groups such as copying, distributing mail, performing simple calculations, and maintaining records and files following standard procedures with all work certified or checked by direct supervisor.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
Prioritize and manage deadlines when dealing with multiple tasks combined with the ability to work with a sense of urgency when needed.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to explore and quickly learn other software applications required.
Must be self-motivated.
Very strong organization and verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills that are professional, enthusiastic and cooperative.
Walking the property, making sure invoices are processed, preparing tenant notices or tenant emails.
Would prefer to have someone who has some real estate or property management experience
